• Server-resolved user IDs: attach the signed-in user to every event on the server, where the browser cannot forge it.
• Authenticated users only: accept events only from signed-in users, and reject the rest at the collector route.
• Relating events without a sessionId: group events that have no sessionId into approximate visits by IP address, user agent and language.
• Blocking consent banner: build a consent banner that has to be answered before the page can be used.
